We outsource delivery to Linkline Transport, a company with over 25 years of experience and a company we trust to deliver safely and efficiently.
How will it work?
- Free delivery to Mainland UK – all orders dispatched within 1 working day.
- Delivery will be made be within 2 – 5 working days.
- Your order will be palletised and delivered curb side by Linkline.
- The lorry has a tail lift, and the driver will wheel the item as far as possible with a pallet trolley.
- Linkline delivers on vehicles ranging from Luton Vans up to 18T rigids so access must be good.
- If you have limited access there is an option at checkout to request a 7.5 tonne vehicle only.
- You will receive an ETA from the hauliers on the day of delivery.
- Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout when you place your order.
- We may ship your items in one or more consignments depending on the nature of the order.
- A Next Day Delivery option is available at checkout – these orders must be made before 11:30am.

Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel or return your order within seven working days following receipt of your goods. This includes your right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. You will receive a full refund, including the original postage and packaging for the order, if the charge was levied with your initial order and the goods are returned in full. The cost of returning items is down to you, and you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our location. We will refund returns postage only for items that are faulty, damaged or sent to you in error. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for the use you intend to put them to. Goods returned will only be accepted by Eco Dry Energy Ltd provided that they are returned unused, in original condition and their original packaging.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange insurance with the carrier when returning goods to cover possible damage or loss in transit for the item’s total value.
You will be refunded or credited within 30 days for goods returned under the above terms. Your statutory legal rights are not affected by this policy.
