We are mindful about reducing our environmental impact as much as possible, that’s why we have chosen to invest in renewable energy to kiln-dry our firewood and woodchip. Our logs are dried until they are below 18% moisture. Woodchip is dried until its below 20%. Its common that our logs and woodchip are actually drier than this as we test the wettest item in a batch to be at least this dry.
